Terms & cancellation policy

Last updated 2026. These terms apply to every GeoClick engagement purchased through this site.

What you are buying

You are buying expert diagnosis and implementation work on your AI search visibility. The deliverables listed on our services page describe what an engagement commonly produces; the exact scope follows from the diagnosis of your specific site and footprint. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, or inclusion in any AI assistant’s answers — those systems are controlled by third parties.

Monthly retainers

Local Foundation and Local Growth are month-to-month subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe on the day you subscribe and on the same day each following month. There is no minimum term.

Project engagements

Executive AI Visibility is a one-time project paid in full up front. The engagement runs approximately three weeks from your first session and concludes with delivery of the written positioning document and implementation roadmap.

Cancellation

You can cancel a monthly retainer at any time from the billing portal linked after checkout, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access and delivery through that period and are not billed again.

Refunds

Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable once work for that month has begun. If you cancel before any work starts in a given cycle, contact us within seven days of the charge and we will refund that cycle. For project engagements, the fee is refundable less work completed if you cancel before the first strategy session; after that session it is non-refundable.

Your responsibilities

The work depends on timely access and input from you — site access, accurate business details, and responses to the intake questionnaire. Delays in providing these shift the timeline accordingly.
